Note 259

In the Unimol-System discussion one should take notice of the great difference that exists between polymeric water and organismic true molecules. The first type only represents quasi macro-molecules of varying statistic size (orientational aggregates of lower tetra- to hexa-hydrates) and subject to fluctuating alternation of partners [i.e. fluctuating participation of different partners]. In this way the system-view should take also the organ-partner connection [in an organismic body]. With respect to the aqueous medium, the ionic shell-hydratation (external sphere) should be distinguished from the strictly stoichiometric impositional hydratation (first complex sphere) whose water, for instance in crystallisation, is taken into the crystal lattice as well [as the other substances going to make up the crystal].
