The question : what is the relation between organismic germ and wholeness, one may avoid when speaking also of a wholeness germ. The germ with all its parts -- (it is never able to live in a free form except in reproductional-functional resting stages or in short-term strictly delimited, - not influenced by any gross metabolism or by any environmental struggle, - periods of fertilization processes) -- represents only beginnings : of the form, of the physiology, and finally also of the whole. The germ-cytoplasm should also be taken as germ, as "begun".
