We are here, for the sake of investigation, sympathetic with Nominalism (or Transcendentalism if one prefers). That is, we are explaining what Nominalism is all about, namely in that it denies the ontological status (and thus reality) of 'things' like Essences, Accidents, and the like.
Below we will present a refutation of Nominalism as far as such a refutation can go.
