Note 52a

Here, that is, in the proposition  "This Ice crystal ( = individual)  is  the  concrete H2O-crystallization law",  it is not about  "this crystal insofar as it is this particular crystal".  And so the proposition does not mean that just this particular crystal, here-and-now,  is -- that is, happens to be -- the concrete H2O-crystallization law, where "concrete" would then mean, not only that the dynamical law is just physically interpreted (involving a general initial state or condition), but that a particular here-and-now initial condition (state) is considered, resulting in the generation just of that particular here-and-now crystal.
The proposition should mean that this Ice crystal (pointed to with the finger) is an individual of a certain species, a species namely that is represented by the concrete H2O-crystallization law. (species predicated of individual).
