In a here-and-now individual, there are no determinations that are (or can be) replaced by others, because that can only take place during a time-span. So there are no accidents anymore, only the Substance. And this Substance represents the first Aristotelian Category (Second Substance), and because now Substance is the only category left, any determination applies to 'all categories' and thus is transcendental.
